Wave randomizer to simplify selection of abominations and overlords. Done with a few 1d6 rolls, and one 2d6 roll. Tried it out more than a few times, and I am very satisfied with how it works. Everything is balanced to release abominations equally among all of the entry points, with entry point 3 receiving one extra.
Note that with 1d6 roll 3, a second d6 is rolled to add additional abominations to bring the total to 21. The numbers listed with the Succubus and Felstrafer results correspond to the entry points for the cards to be added.

An easier way to randomize the spawning would be to shuffle the abominations into one deck, and the overlords into another and draw them that way, with a dice used to track each round. Rolling a dice to randomize the spawning may prove problematic with the new overlords and abominations being released.
This could be used for house rules however. Feel free to try it out and let us know how it goes.
Kind regards
