The Echoes of the Gamefound Campaign

First and foremost, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to all of you for making our Gamefound campaign a resounding success. It has been a remarkable and enjoyable journey, and we couldn't have achieved this milestone without your unwavering support. You truly have the power!

Thanks to this campaign, we have expanded the "Battleground" market to the USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We have high hopes that our community will grow even more powerful!

Especially for our long-time supporters, we have poured our efforts into delivering two exciting brand-new factions - the Snake Men and the Preternian Heroes. Be sure to check our blog entries for more details on these new additions.

In addition, we have enhanced the existing game with several rulebook amendments, including new rules for four-player games and vehicles. We've also introduced custom dice featuring your favorite faction symbols, and a web app designed to help you manage your cards and create forces conveniently!

This campaign marks not the end of our story, but rather the beginning of a new chapter. "Battleground" will remain a living game, with continuous releases of new add-ons and features. We are also incredibly proud of our tournament scene and are committed to supporting and expanding it.

Tournaments Overview

We would like to thank and appreciate all MOTU: Battleground players for their attendance during the tournaments. From the end of 2023 to this year, we have supported the organization of over 20 tournaments in Poland, Spain, and Germany. The national tournaments in Spain and Germany are still ongoing, but we have concluded this year’s national tournament in Poland. After the holidays, we plan to initiate a new round of tournaments. We had over 100 players participate in all tournaments combined.

We are continuously working on improving the format and expanding into more countries. Currently, we are in discussions with partners from the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Netherlands. Of course, we are also open to supporting initiatives from other countries.
